03.07.2022 - 9th International Workshop on Analogue and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits for Space Applications

9th International Workshop AMICSA

The MORAL project was part of the 9th International Workshop AMICSA. AMICSA provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of recent advances in analogue and mixed-signal VLSI design techniques and technologies for space applications. Felipe Kuentzer, researcher at IHP, presented an overview about the MORAL project and the development status. The programme, list of participants and presentations can be found here.

3rd ELICSIR WORKSHOP

Felipe Kuentzer, researcher at IHP, attended to the 3rd ELICSIR WORKSHOP, entitled "Fault-tolerant Electronics for Radiation Environments". He gave a talk about the MORAL project and some aspects involved in its development. The programme, list of participants and presentations can be found here.

16.03.2021 - Space evaluation of two BiCMOS technologies SGB25RH and SG13RH

Our coordinator Milos Krstic gave a talk at the 19th Workshop "High Performance SiGe BiCMOS Technology for Innovative RF and Photonics ICs". In this talk, you can learn more about IHP's space activities, including the MORAL project, and the current status on rad-hard evaluation for space application.

30.01.2020 - Promotional material now available

12.01.2020 - Official kick-off meeting

The official kick-off meeting of the MORAL project was held at IHP – Innovations for High Performance Microelectronics. The meeting was attended by the representatives of all project partners (IHP, AbsInt Angewandte Informatik GmbH, RedCat Devices Srl., SYSGO AG, Thales Alenia Space España S.A.). It included the discussion of the project overview and management practices, partner presentations, detailed discussions of project plans and deliverables.
